Abstract (EN)

There are almost no sectors affected by digital transformation. As a fourth industrial revolution, one of the content components of digital transformation, the Industry 4.0 and following the Society 5.0 highlight a full-scale possibility, beyond the limits of the next-generation world order as a remarkable and inevitable turning point. As in all sectors, as an Energy Sector, it is a part of the transformation in order not to be swept away in the winds of change, to be agile, to form change strategies and team, to plan the transformation of employees and to take action, to create new business models, to follow the content components of the transformation, to understand the culture of innovation and in fact, it is necessary to understand and apply the concept of customer management, which is centered on digital transformation.In order to use limited energy resources economically and efficiently, its digital transformation is critical to provide a sustainable world, a sustainable life, and the fight against global warming to provide new energy solutions to energy sector customers. In this context, approximately 99% of the total number of enterprises, 74% of employment, 54% of salaries and wages, 63% of the turnover of the economy of the country, the backbone of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and digital transformation by performing the adaptation and a digitalized form with a strong, value-creating, innovative perspective. The above-mentioned statistical results impose a significant leverage mission in the small and medium-sized companies to make a positive contribution to the country's economy and indirectly on the issues that are closely related to the energy sector, such as reducing carbon emissions and environmental pollution. In this context, the effects of digital transformation on the energy sector were examined in this thesis, and studies were carried out to create a digital transformation plan of a small-scale company, FUCOENTECH. The aim is to provide guidance for other companies in the sector. Small and medium enterprises in the transformation process, starting from the importance of the energy sector for Turkey's economy has been emphasizing the vital importance that the company left behind. It is aimed to contribute to both the literature and the sector. In the first part, digital transformation and its components are examined. In the second chapter, the effects of digital transformation in the energy sector are examined. In the other sections, respectively, the research method, the details of the company work and the conclusion section are included.
