Analysing the private automobile accidents which person worked in the public institution get involved

Traffic accidents, which become an important public health problem owing to causalities they cause, are a global threat to communities? health and development. Traffic accidents regarding both material and spiritual consequences have always utmost priority for public agenda and do not only cause wounds, fatal injuries and deaths but also have significant economic losses.on a large scale. In this study, risk factors of the accidents, in which personnel get involved between 01.01.2005-31.12.2006, have been examined and some preventive measures have been recommended. First of all, driver?s faults have been strongly noticed as one of the trafic accident by a rate of %31,3 percent in which personnel get involved. However, other parties? fault have had a higher rate by %39.6 percent. When we looked at the traffic accidents data; %33,3 of the drivers who cause an accident are between 25-29 ages; %36,3 of them have had driver license for 0-6 years, %12,5 them are sleepless, %18,8 of them are pensive,%54,6 of them have no break during the trip, %41,1 of them have the accident in the first two hours of trip, %88,8 of them never had a traffic accident before, %67,2 of them has utilized the way at least three times they have an accident, %62 of them never have a traffic punishment before. %27,1 of the personnel have punished because of over speed. 47 In order to avoid such cases, personnel must be warned about using safety belt avoiding from rush hour times or night drives and mispasses. and not to drive while sleepless or tired. The personnel must not have too much confidence, even though they have driven on the same road before, because of possible changes in the quality of the road. They must drive more carefully on the roads which they are not familiar to.They must have breaks during the trip, and strongly commit to any of traffic rules and specifically obey the speed rules.
