Özet (EN)

Different problems such as production difficulties and material loss was occured during the production of complicated machine parts with conventional methods. For solving of these problems, powder metallurgy and diffusion welding methods are using because of some advantages. Powder metallurgy is recently used widely in industry. In this study, it was investigate of the optimization of the manufacturing of the bodies which is a main part of rotating rotor hermetik rotation compressors which are produced currently from cast iron by powder metallurgy and diffusion welding methods. The complicated body shape was divided into two parts, as surrounding and surrounded parts. Fe-Cu-C powder metal mixture was used as surrounded part material and Fe-Zn-C powder metal mixture was used as surrounding part material. Production of the body by using powder metallurgy and diffusion welding methods was investigated by various parameters such as cold press compression, sintering temperature and time. During the study, the effects of cold press compression, sintering temperature and time on dimension, mechanical properties, internal structure and joining of the body were examined.
