Appointing caretaker for the management of company as a precaution for protection

In this Paper for Master Degree with the title of ?Appointing Caretaker for the Management of Company as a Precaution for Protection?, Article 133 of Criminal Procedure Law and the organization of appointing caretaker for the company management, which takes place in our law system, have been analysed duly. The purpose of accepting this organization is to study on how it should be managed, the legal aspect of caretaker, the conditions for appointing a caretaker for the management of company, and the problems that may come into being during application and their solutions, in detail. With this study which is the first work to have been written on this subject, it has been aimed to explain how to understand the organization and provide help for the doctrine and its application.
