Abstract (EN)
Cultural geography is a subordinate of human geography. It is the way people interpret geographical things according to their own cultures. Every culture stands out with elements such as religion, language, history and economy which are their own values. In other words, They are related to all of these elements as well as closely related to geography. Many elements have different meanings in different cultures. It is due to the fact that the elements vary according to geography. From the earliest periods of history, it is a scientific fact that human communities' life and thinking styles, social activies, attitudes and behaviors are directly related to the geography in which they live. Our research aims to identify and evaluate the features that cause the formation of the Teke Region cultural geography based on the analysis of the cultural geographies brought about by the cultural societies emerging in different regions of the world. In this study, participation, observation and interview methods were applied for the determination of datas. The subject of the research, which is a field research, is to examine the Teke region from the perspective of cultural geography of the Tahtacı villagers. The research area is limited to the Tahtaqi Villagers. These villagers are Elmalı-Tekke and Akçeniş; Finike-Gökbük, Çatallar ve Menevşelik; Kumluca-Toptaş, Beşikçi ve Hızırkahya. The conceptual framework of the research is the socio-cultural values of the Tahtacı in the Anatolian Alewites. This thesis has been put forward by geographical observation based on field research and interviews. The most important finding of the research is that many applications in Teke Region geography are similar to those in other communities and most of them have been abandoned. That is, in the same geography, eliminated the differences in beliefs and practices among the people. It has been determined that the Tahtacans who exhibit an implicit society characteristics under the influence of their religious identities and whose Turkmen and Alawism are generally considered superior to the Alawi identify of Tahtacı, and that monogamine is completely continued and a little exogenous is seen. Keywords: Teke's Region, Tahtacı Residential, Tahtacı, Belief and Applications.
