This investigation has been made in the university of gaziantep. Purpose of this investigation, historical development of existing health system and how person adopt to into this organisation. We need to examine the individuals in the health system both macro and micro, and the power of the current health system on the individual should be focused. Therefore relationship, behavior and position between the people so important because health system modify and transform correspondingly. Existing system cause new arrangement therefore hierarchical system is occured. At this point, it is necessary to take a better look at what responsibilities the current health system has on the individual and her power over the individual. What kind of behavior pattern does it show in mixed societies, how does it perceive the behaviors of people towards them, and my work was continue to be continued by focusing on themıf we consider foucault's theory, it is necessary to look at how the individual internalizes thepower of the existing power and provides obedience. Therefore, a survey was be conducted with doctors and nurses in the hospital and observation will be made. How do these individuals perceive the existing health system and which impression controlthey choose? Questions such as socio-cultural structures, gender-oriented profession and branch choiceswill be addressed. It was also be checked whether this is similar to the military structure. It was focus on the internal system of the health institution, which is such a deep-rooted structure, and the data obtained was be tabulated and presented.
