An assessment of the three talaks given in one assembly in terms of Islamic law

In our religion, just like the establishment of family unity, its termination is also tied to legal and moral principles. Divorce is the legal termination of marriage. One of the ways of ending family unity in Islamic law is talaq. The way talaq is given in divorce and the related provisions determine the limits of talaq. In Islamic law, there is a difference of opinion on whether three talaqs and divorce are valid or not. Islamic jurists have different views on the three talaqs given in a parliament. In this study, we will continue our work by examining the opinions of Islamic lawyers and the evidence they are based on. Explanations were made by giving evidences from the Qur'an, Sunnah, ijma and qiyas. We will try to make analyzes on this subject by using various sources.
