In the context of relationship between exhibition and art & beauty, aesthetic concerns can be considered as both motivation and indicator of exhibition. Furthermore, exhibition is an instrument of expression which reveals the mindset of the exhibitor government, individual or group and indicates the way that exhibitor wants to be perceived. Therefore, a context obtained by evaluating different components is essential for illumination and interpretation of historical process regarding exhibition act. Exhibition enables a relationship between audience and museum for Museum Studies. Museums where Ancient Age can be observed visually not only show audience the era's context along with objects, but also explain context of living during the era. In this thesis, exhibition contexts of Ancient Age are examined by monitoring exhibition acts starting from Upper Palaeolithic Era to Hellenistic Era, covering pre-Ancient Age as well. Anatolian landscape is in the focus of this monitoring. Some global examples which reflect era's general sense of art are in scope of this thesis as well. Museum – exhibition relationship is discussed to understand context of Ancient Age's applicability to museums. Therefore, it has been clarified that exhibition stands where museum communicates with audience. To prevent this
