An application of failure mode and effects analysis in sales company

Today's society, it is undoubtedly to fulfill the requirements for customer satisfaction in order to be permanent in difficult market conditions. Analysis of potential errors and their results in order to examine the product in terms of quality. In the analysis of error types and effects, it is important to determine the error before reaching the customer in the faulty product in terms of fulfilling the responsibilities of the company. In this study, I tried to follow an effective way to create a method in the minds of the people by using failure mode and effects analysis practical knowledge. During the study, it tried to analyze and evaluate the error types and effects of the sales that a sales company made on foil and component.
