In recent years, people have tended to use renewable energy sources due to the use of fossil fuels to obtain energy and the damage of fossil fuels to the environment. Wind energy, as a renewable energy source, has been produced in large-scale power plants and has helped to diversify energy. In this study, it is aimed to generate energy by placing a horizontal axis wind turbine in the fan chamber while indoor air containing dust and fiber fly is released to the outside environment by the suction motors thanks to the air climate in a factory. The energy to be obtained was also used in suitable areas for operation. In this thesis study, it has undertaken the task of a source for the air conditioning systems, which have been seen as a consumption element in the enterprises until today. A new method has been developed for the use of renewable energy in the plant, thanks to the wind turbine that will use an uninterrupted air flow when the air speed is continuous and the fabric weaving plant operates. Electrical energy was obtained by rotating the wind turbine, which is generally used to be seen outdoors with the help of the waste air velocity in the closed area.
