Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, technology which is constantly improving has created an expectation of high quality amongst consumers. Keeping quality at the desired level while also protecting both the producer and the consumer is only feasible with a reliable acceptance sampling plan. Acceptance sampling decides whether a product has sufficient quality level to be ready to take place on the market by doing a number of tests. In this study, acceptance sampling which is a method of statistical quality control has been presented with applications. The terms and varieties of acceptance sampling have been discussed in detail. During the applications, single, double and single fuzzy sampling plans have been included while each sampling plan has been created with three different discrete probability distributions. Differences created by the distributions on the acceptance probability, average total inspection and average outgoing quality values have been observed on tables. Differences on product quality caused by the changes on producer's risk and consumer's risk have been emphasized. The acceptance sampling plans created in this study have been compared amongst each other in order to propose appropriate sampling plans for the purposes of increasing said factory's product quality, keeping inspection costs at a reasonable level and being prepared for issues caused during data measurements of the products. During the literature search, a study of acceptance sampling in the building trade and fuzzy acceptance sampling using the hypergeometric distribution has not been encountered.
