A quality-focused approach to individual career management

This study aims to find an answer to the question of what would happen if we look Individual Career Management, one of the subjects in Human Resources Management, from the perspective of quality. In the study, an experiment has been designed by choosing suitable tools for the use of individuals among the once that have been used in production service businesses successfully for years. Differences between the group which practiced the designed experiment and the group which didn't practice the designed experiment were analyzed at the end of the six-month period. When analyzing the data collected from 26 participants, non-parametrical methods such as Mann Whitney U test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test and Spearman rank-order correlation tests were facilitated. While a significant change in the group which practiced the designed experiment was observed, no significant change was seen in the group which didn't practiced the designed experiment.
