Abstract (EN)

The rising importance of human kind and the techniques of their management occurs from the diminishing importance of other methods of achievement in rivalary with compared to the past The product quality, contemporary marketing techniques and appropriate financial methods which are considered as the traditional achievement sources currently loose their popularity. Therefore the importance of the organizations having the concept of effectively human management rises rapidly. The organizations which acquire their force from the attention, renunciation and achievement of their employees lay the foundation of following centries from now on. What sort of a relationship between the within this study, individual traits, job satisfaction levels and motivations of the employees which are considered as the most important factor in an organization have been analysed and the theorical informations concerned with motivation concept, theories, job satisfaction and individual traits have been presented. Following theorical presentation, using the public-survey method, a practical study on 12 private and 4 public bank employees chosen in Adana region has been accomplished and what sort of a relationship between the individual traits, job satisfaction levels and motivations of the employees has been investigated.
