Abstract (EN)

It is thought that this research can make suggestions on cooperation for development in what direction on the attitudes of physicians and nurses in family health centers. The aim of the research is making analysis on making organizational cooperation with physicians and nurses working in the Family Health Centers of primary health care institutions in Kartal district. Dependent variable of the research is physician-nurse collaboration. Independent variables are socio-demographyic variables such as; age, gender, profession, working year at primary care health service. 216 of 229 primary care physicians and nurses were attended the research. Participation percentage is %94,32. When investigating health care personnel who work in family health center occupation and gender becomes prominent in Kartal district. Nurses are eager to occupational collaboration. Female personnel desire to join occupational collaboration as well. That the %80 of personnel who work are woman has an influence on these results. Encouraging physicians to join collaboration and understanding to importance of this subject will lead important results about primary health care management.
