Abstract (EN)

In 1907, Russia and England seperated Persia into influence regions.During First World War when Ottoman Empire was neutral, Russia provokedsome of the Kurdish tribes who was living at the northern Persia, at thefrontier between Turkey and Persia, against Turkish forces and the tribes atthe same side with Turkey. Despite Persia declared that Persia was neutralin the First World War, Persia didn?t prevent the conflict related with Turkeyand Russia, so the Persian land became a battleground in a short time. Insouthern Persia, England started to landing soldiers and occupate petrolregions. Ottoman Empire and Russia constituted different committees foracquiring Persia, which is the main gate of Afghanistan and India, to ?Cihad-ıEkber?. The members of German secret agency tried to take side Persiantribes with them and with these tribes tried to struggle against Russian andEnglish forces. Persian politicians who were follower of Germany and Turkey,found a temporary government in Kirmanşah for struggling against Russianand English forces.After extending the Russian occupation in Persia, andthreading Turkish lands throuh Baghdad, Turkish forces penetrated to Persia.After the revolution of Bolşevik, Russia emptied his forces in Persiaafterwards England wanted to obtain Bakü petrols and the regions whereRussia emptied, before Turkish forces. Armenian and Nesturians whoretreated from Anatolia to Urmiye, then living in Urmiye environs, began toslaughter the resident of that region and conflict with Turkish forces, forfounding a new independent state. Turkish forces had beaten Armenians andNesturians in a short time and obtain Tebriz. According to related article inMondros Cease-fire treaty, although obtaining Bakü, Turkish forces felt backto frontiers which is likely before the war.
