Özet (EN)
The First Economic Congress of İzmir is an important step of ATATÜRK?s efforts for making an absolute independent state. He realised from the history that a state can never be an absolute independent state without having the economic independence and for this reason he was expecting the congress to put the conditions of these economic resolutions as the national economic decisions. After a temporary time of economic liberation, an eclectic policy called; Mixed Model of Economy applied as a state controlled policy which was spearheaded by the government while supporting free enterprice up to the year 1950 with success.Afterwards, as the liberal policies gained more importance, government owned economic institutions were privatised and as a result of this the understanding of state controlled policy of ATATÜRK was terminated. He gave the obligation of defending the Turkish Republic founded by him to the Turkish Youth. As long as Turkish Republic lives ATATÜRK will live and;? TURKISH REPUBLIC WILL LIVE FOREVER ?
