Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted in Siirt University Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Field Crops Laboratories in 2016. Ceyhan 99 bread wheat cultivar was used in the study. It was aimed to determine the effect of TV14B Stenotrophpmonas maltophilia P, TV119E Bacillus sp. P, TV83D Bacillus atrophaeus N, TV54A Cellulomonas turbata N, TV113C Kluyvera cryocrescens NP, TV83D B. atrophaeus +119E TV119E Bacillus sp.NP bacterial strains on the development of Ceyhan 99 bread wheat cultivar under salt stress. The germination speed (%), germination rate (%), plant height (cm), root length (cm), plant weight (g), plant dry weight (g), and nitrogen and phosphorus amounts in soil (%) were determined. The experiment was carried out in three replicates according to the split parcel trial design of random blocks with 10 plants per pot. According to results, maximum plant height was on control (27.7 cm), maximum root length was on TV14B S. maltophilia application (28.3 cm), and best germination speed was on TV54A C. turbata application. There was no difference for germination rates between applications. Largest plant weight was 0.385 gram on TV14B S. maltophilia a phosphate solving bacteria application, and largest plant dry weight was 0.041 gram on 75 mM salt application. When the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil was examined; while application of TV83D B. atrophaeus + TV119E Bacillus sp. gave best results for nitrogen, application of TV14B S. maltophilia a bacteria gave best result for phosphorus.
