Abstract (EN)
Plant breeding is the art and science of some changes and genetic developments on plants in line with the benefits and needs of humans. In other words, plant breeding is a science based on genetic and cytogenetic principles. Since the beginning of human civilization, plant breeding has been practiced for thousands of years. These applications can take place in a variety of techniques, from selecting plants with the desired properties to more complex molecular techniques. Studies on plant breeding began with the cultivation of plants during the Neolithic or late stone age of human beings and continued in the 19th century with the effects of Darwin's self-evolution and evolution theory, and have survived to the present day with developing technology and changing environmental conditions. Changing environmental conditions and climatic conditions, as well as the main purpose of the growing population plant breeding yield value, more resistant to diseases, adapt to the changes that are easy to adapt and to create more quality individuals have brought additional targets and genotypes formed in accordance with these goals to work on intensive data. had to. The breeder uses biostatistics science to obtain meaningful results from these intense data and select the best genotype. Biostatistics is a branch of applied mathematics that deals with the collection, presentation, analysis and interpretation of statistical principles, numerical data from questions and problems related to medicine, public health or biology. In recent years, the rapid developments in the digital world have affected the studies in biostatistics, and many software have been made available to researchers. Breeders make use of this software to obtain a new individual (genotype). However, many of these programs are paid, difficult to use, complex and foreign. In addition, since these programs are not prepared in line with the expectations of the breeding researcher, many analyzes are carried out by bringing together different program particles and this results in time, labor and so on. loss of resources. By combining these and similar criteria, BRESA software, which is an alternative web-based application for genotype selection, which is one of the main objectives of the breeding programs in agricultural activities, has been prepared by using n-tier architecture, and with the yield, location and repetition parameters In addition to the general average analysis, variation, minimum significant difference, combined analysis of the best genotype of genotypes in hand and the opportunity to see the statistical evaluation. In addition, with the Ideal Environmental Analysis, which is prepared exclusively for breeding programs, which is not included in any statistical program, the breeder can see the good, bad and ideal environments from the existing locations and evaluate the genotype yields according to these environmental conditions. For researchers working in multiple locations, a single menu was used to select a stable and compare genotypes with all available data with 'Combined Analysis Reporting'.
