Abstract (EN)
Biomaterials that contain naturel fiber become attractive to automotive industry as analternative Felt,PU,thermoplastics as substrate. Biomaterials can have a benign function,such as being used for a interior trim part ,Exterior trim part used for a more interactive purpose such as nonbiomaterial (PP ,Felt ,PU etc.) Kenaf fiber is biomaterial that has been used for automotive industry.If this material can be used in Automotive industry ,there will me more advantages when ıt is compared with another alternative nonbiomaterial such as fuel economy,eco-friendly ,recycbility,stifness,sound absorbation or some barrier Kenaf fiber had been explored to enhance desired mechanical properties as automotive structural components bonding.A biomaterial is essentially a material that is used and adapted for a automotive applications.In this project ,Kenaf material will be investigated comperatively with Felt material .Minitab and Hypermesh CAE tools will be used to analyze parameters and difference.According the results of DOE, designers can optimise their systems.
