Abstract (EN)

In this work, the development of electrochemical nanobiosensors for the detectbiomolecules and a multi-interface board to distribute the multiple measurements on a single channel was designed. The multi-interface measurement distribution board was made as a single-layer printed circuit board (PCB), and all the circuit components were assembled on the board bymanualsolderingmethod. With the designed multi-interface measurement distribution board, various electrochemical analyzes for the detection of biomolecules was accomplished. Within the scope of the study, the designed multi interface measurement board enables the potentiostat with a single standard measurement channel to perform multiple channel measurements. The designed circuit distributes the single input channel to the triple output channel. Electro-mechanical relays were used in the switching system in order to minimize the measurement error caused by the leak age current on the circuit. To minimize the risk of damaging the potensiostat, devices are electrically isolated from each other. In addition, a lead acid battery and a linear voltage regulator was used as a power sourceto reduce high-frequency electromagnetic noise, which can introduce measuremen terrors. Various electrochemical methods for the detection of biomolecules such as DNA and Aptamer was performed by using multiple interface measurement board. The accuracy of the system was determined by comparing measurements of the designed multi interface measurement board with the measurements taken by the triple electrode system. The single-use electrode (PGE) surface used in the electrochemical analysis with the designed multi-interface measurement board optimizes the working conditions of biological recognition molecules; DNA and Aptamer. Nowadays, with the advancement of electronic technology, bedside diagnostic devices form the basis of designs in technological developments. A new clinical detection method, bedside diagnostic devices, microchip design has made it smaller and microchipportable. With the multi-interface measurement card designed in the scope of this thesis, a device has been developed that can be analyzed faster by means of its portable design and multiple channels.
