Abstract (EN)

13th Century is alon process in the Byzantine Empire. While the made in 1204 IV. Crusade erased the Byzantie empire from the stage of History the Laskarid dynasty re esteblished the empire Nikaia. Western Anatolia was an important location for the re foundation of the Greeks. The manager of region didn't favor establishing a state in support of Theodor Lascarid. Teodor Laskarid established his empire with the support of the Anatolia Seljuk State. The Nikaia Empire proved itself to the Greek people with the victory it won against Latin Empire. Jhon Batazes period is the period of rise in Nikaia Empire. Shortly after the victories against the Latin Empire İstanbul now besiege. Jhon Batazes the emperor of Nikaia fought his enemies inside and outside making his careful in every situation. Michael Palaeologus appeared as a commender of paid soldiers on the stage of history during Jhon Batazes period. History would bring the Palaeogue dynasty to the throne after the Laskarid dynasty. Jhon Batazes and II. Teodor Laskarid during the difficulties of the Michael Palaeologus in the Anatolia Seljuk lands caused refuge. With the death of II. Teodor Laskarid Michael Palaeologus took over empire. Michael Palaeologus took support from various wings of the empire while making the coup. The second important event of the Michael Palaeogue era was the Pelagonia. With this victory he subjugated his enemies and strengthened his position in the empire. İstanbul was taken from the Latin Empire and the capital again as Michael Palaegoue passed as the second Constantin. Has reached its aim with the papacy II. Lyon council. But this process sporked hostility between Michael Palaegue and Ortodox clergy. Michael Palaeologus lost his glory in the public eye due to his persecution of Ortodox clergy and those who opposed Catholisim. Charles Anjou tries to bring the end of Michael Palaeologus III. Pedro king of Aragon in agreement with took Kingdom of Sicily from the hands of Charles Anjou. Michael Palaeogue didn't take into account the Turks in Anatolia as he prepared himself against the danger from the West. The Turks who would end the Byzantine Empire reached the North of Aydın by the time of 1282 and reached Sakarya river. Key words: Byzantium, Laskarid, Michael Palaeologus.
