Abstract (EN)

In adverse conditions that occur as a result of disasters, it is important that the aids needed by the disaster victims are provided in a short time and delivered to the disaster area. Therefore, the sustainable supply chain needs to be managed effectively in times of crisis. While fighting disasters, many organizations should cooperate and information about the event should be shared transparently. Blockchain technology, which was first used in 2008; It is expressed as a reliable database where there are digital activity records shared among blockchain members without the need for the authority of a person, institution, community or state, which can ensure environmental, economic and social sustainability. Its use in disaster area is a new technology. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of blockchain technology in eliminating the problems encountered in supply chain management in crises with the integrated DEMATEL (The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory)-ELECTRE (Elemination and Choice Translating Reality) method. In the first stage, the benefits of blockchain technology were prioritized with the DEMATEL method. In the second stage, it was decided by the ELECTRE method at which stage the blockchain technology would be effective in crisis management. It has been concluded that the most important criterion is Security, and the most effective phase in the integration of this criterion into the crisis management phase is Restructuring.
