Abstract (EN)

Organ transplantation has become a highly developed treatment method in recent years. The most common organ transplants are kidney and liver transplantation. Renal transplantation can be obtained from cadaver or live donor. Due to a shortage of cadaveric donor in Turkey, live donor kidney transplant is done more. After the successful transplantation, the patient's routine postoperative controls have great importance. Otherwise, organ losses may occur after transplantation. At this point, the patient should act consciously and have routine tests. Additionally, the patient should stay in contact with his doctor. In this study, the renal success of patients who underwent renal transplantation from a live donor was investigated. For this purpose, multi-criteria decision making model was developed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. In line with the improvements and deterioration of the patients' test results over time, a performance evaluation model has been put forward in which patients can be evaluated. The most critical point in the model is the weighting of the after transplantation routine tests. For this reason, the opinions of specialists in the field of nephrology were used for criterion weighting. These weightings were given as input to AHP and TOPSIS models and patient conditions were evaluated after transplantation period.
