Abstract (EN)
The purpose of our research, boxer in trai to examine the effect of increasing aerobic and anaerobic power of the mask. Research from Sakarya joined the boxing club boxer sports a total of 24 volunteer. The 12 randomly selected athletes volunteer a total of 24 fighters participating in the training process as training and the remaining 12 test group control Group continued training athletes as wearing a mask at the same time the training program has been implemented. In the study, the name of the measure Aerobic endurance yo-yo intermittent recovery Test, Wingate anaerobic power test was used to measure anaerobic endurance. 5 days a week total 6 week training program for each athlete measurements in pre-and post-pre test post test as it was applied. Nonparametric tests wilcoxon signed ranks test in SPSS package Program 23 the obtained data and the Mann-Whitney test were performed using analysis. For dependent groups wilcoxon signed ranks test yielded a statistically significant difference in the measurements. Yo-yo measurements with wilcoxon signed ranks test applied for the final test of pre-test, a significant difference was detected when a comparison is made between measurements. Of the athletes that participated in the research test for independent groups (Mann-Whitney u test of the participants by applying peak power (W/kg) in the experimental and control groups variable pre-test, while other participants is a significant difference in pre-test and post-test values, no significant differences were observed. The yo-yo of the experimental and control groups pre-test group experiment control and measurements with the measurements are considered when the final test we could not detect a significant difference between values. In conclusion, we think that Training Mask's aerobic endurance should be used in longer training periods in exercises requiring anaerobic durability whereas aerobic durability should be used in training that increases the severity of exercise during exercise and contributes to prepare itself for harder training by using these masks which provide respiratory restriction.
