Prof. Ph.D. Sadık YÖNDEM June, 2004, xiii+66 pages This study was presented to determine the activities in which the music teachers in primary schools orientated their students, who are capable of music, to the Anatolian High School of Fine Arts and to make suggestions depending on the data obtained.IV The study is a descriptive research and it is prepared by the methods of "searching sources", "interview" and "applying surveys". The data obtained by these surveys are turned into tables of frquency and percentage. The whole of the 18 teachers, working at primary schools in Bolu and composing the scope of the study, were reached. At the end of the study, it was understood that the number of instruments and music classes, which the teacher use, are insufficient, the music teachers almost know the Anatolian High School of Fine Arts but they do not know much about the entrance exams, they deal with the students, who are capable of music, with the activities beside the lessons without the support from the family, they come across with an important obstacle and the suggestions about the improvement of the situation depending on the data obtained were made.
