Alim Khan the last emîr of Bukhara Khanate and His Period ( 1911-1920)

This research which studies Alim Khan the last Emîr of Bukhara Khanate and his period.is formed by 3 main section the studies about the khanets period which forms the importand and larg period of our history, are deficient or written from the Russian point of view because of some reasons by Russians . especially hard political policies of Soviet period because the studies about the last period Turkhistan history affected by Soviet thesis and have a political feature not a scientific. One of the good examples fort his stuation is tehe studies about Alim Khan the last ruler of Bukhara Khanate.Whwn Soviet overturned the Alim Khan pover and occupied Bukhara Khanet, they assambled the so-called democratik Bukhara Folk Republic instied of bukhara Khanate . İn order to attain this goal they used Jadids against to Alim Khan government bind called Yash Buharians , both jadids and Soviet ran down the former government because of the political plans and in order to keep standing the new goverment that they assambled and they get a running down campagin begun about Alim Khan since Alim Khan sported the Turkhistan National strugle called ?basmacilik? he was the but of Soviets running down campagn.Because of the economy of Soviet government the flow of data between Turkhistan and Turkey and the other part of the world was interrupted. Because of the expressioan praising the Alim Khan?s Czardom period reacted the Turkhistani intellectual against Soviet, a negative attitude occured about Alim Khan in the studies made in Turkey. This stuation caused insubstantial claim about Alim Khan to become widespreal.But Soviets dissolved and independent Turkish goverments appeared on the Turkhistan geography meanwhilw Soviet period political view in Turkhistan left its place to national viev in Turkhistan left its place to national view. Right and positiv evolvations about Alim Kahan began to be made during this period. With this study it was tried to be contribted to the growing data flow between Turkey and Turkhistan after the independence and it was tried to be contributed to the national view of Turkhistan during the new period.İn the first section of the research , the political life of Bukhara Khanate until the Alim Khan?s ascending the throne was studied. İt was mentioned about the assemblance of Bukhara Khanate, families which ruled the government except Mangıts, occupation activities of Russians to Turkhistan and Bukhara. The war made with Russians before Alim Khan and the events about the dependency o Bukhara Khanate to Russia was studied in this section.İn the second section of the research, Alim Khan and political military and social-cultural events occured in Bukhara Khanate during his moragement were studied in the ralation of cause and affect. Russia was especially mentioned about jadidism movement and relationship with Alim Khan.İn the last section the exile life of Alim Khan, the problems he faced with political activities the support he gave to independence movement by Enver Pasha and İbrahim Beg Lakay, was tried to be studied in the relation of cause and effect. This section wasnt be finished with death of Alim Khan, but givind information about members of dynasty after his death. İt was tried to be provided the subject integrity by meking inteviews with his children. The information about the members of dynasty was tried to be accepted by articles and books.
