Abstract (EN)
In the study, Uyghur Turks, the historical and current status of Uyghur Turks, language, missionary activities in East Turkestan, Chagatai Turkish and information about Bulak Magazine published in East Turkestan, and evaluations were made within the framework of Chagatai texts published in the 2017 issue of the magazine. The study consists of four sections. In the introduction section, the history of Uyghur Turks and Uyghur, alphabets used by Uyghurs, dialects of New Uyghur, missionary activities in East Turkestan, Chagatai Turkish, Bulak magazine and Chagatai texts published in Bulak magazine were evaluated in terms of subject and content. In the introduction section, information was given about Bulak magazine and the subject of the works published in Bulak magazine. Information was given about Chagatai texts that have been included in the magazine since Bulak magazine started publication. In the second section of the study, the language of the work was examined under the titles of spelling, phonetics and morphology. With the examples found in the text, an attempt was made to create a grammar belonging to the last period of Chagatai Turkish used in East Turkestan. In the third section, Text section, footnotes were used to explain where it was deemed necessary to make a text transcription. In the fourth section, Index section, an index with grammatical explanations was created for the text. In this section, the meanings of the words in the text were taken as basis, compound verbs and formulaic expressions were examined according to their meanings and given as headings.
