The political rights of Turkish minorities in Bulgaria and Greece

The control on Balkans, where is the most popular region with chaos on earth after middle east, is being passed to EU from Russia. While EU is being a regional power, Balkans will be more important for Turkey then ever. Minority and its rights doesn?t have a international definition however, more people attach importance on this subject in 20th century. So that in EU, which contains Bulgaria and Greece, different applications and injustice could be seen about minorities. And it must be added that minority is a temporary problem for EU. The explanation of the reason of this idea is: The expectations about EU citizenship in the future are; individual liberty and NGO?s will be preferred and national structures will be end. Because of this, there is no any description on the minatory subject. When you study on political rights of Turkish Minorities you will see that Bulgaria and Greece are two interesting models that have special characteristics. In Bulgaria, that has only a short time with democracy, there is a sample application named `Bulgarian Model?. But Greece, that known more liberal than Bulgaria, do not accept political rights like the other minority rights. Minority subject could not make into a certain rule in EU, which is the biggest modernizing project, while Turkey facing up similar problems in the membership period.
