The concept of cloud computing is an approach for the use and presentation of IT services over the internet. This approach is thought to be one of the most important innovations after the internet occurring in the world of IT with users can provide the advantages and conveniences. In this study, the development of the concept of cloud computing, key features, architecture, structural layers, service models, cloud computing, cloud computing solution types ,basic elements, advantages, disadvantages, safety, law, cloud computing market, cloud computing applications and finally examined the situation in the world and in our country and proposed a new approach to cloud computing data security.
