Service users use a structure that allows multiple users to use a single software license. Cloud computing has the advantages it offers its users. In this study, the history, basics, service models, cloud computing positioning models, the advantages of cloud computing, the disadvantages of cloud computing, virtualization and platforms, intrusion detection systems, reliable informatics and Microsoft Azure platform review were conducted in this study. Then, a Virtual Server installed in the Microsoft Azure environment, SQL database installation and a personal website hosted on them was implemented.
