Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to find out the level of the work satisfaction and expectation of the disabled employees who work as bureau officer for Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. For this purpose, a questionnaire has been administered and results have been evaluated by using statistical methods. As a result of the study it has been found out that disabled workers expect that their working environments should be reconstructed to comply with their disabilities, and thatin-service educational activities should be increased, and activities toward organizational culture should be organized. It has also been found out that satisfaction of transport facilities and food services, and fair distribution of the job are the highest level. This study shows that there is a meaningful relationship between satisfaction and expectation level for disabled employees who work as a bureau officer, in the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. However we have seen that there is not a meaningful relation to all factors whish affect work satisfaction among expectation and satisfaction views.
