Abstract (EN)
Today states' economies are merging world's economy. In an other world, world's economy is getting globalization. Therefore now the organizations are in a global competitive environment. Organizations need help in production, management and distribution of information to continue their activities in this environment. So this situation creats the need for a system, which can provide and distribute true information, is the office system. Office systems play important role in providing and distribution of information in organizations. The main function of information system is to support any level personnel, while making decision. The information system should provide quickly the necessary information quickly in a true and appropriate from by using minimum resource for those who need. In order to produce information in the office data are collected from different source, stored controled by camparing with other information. The aim of this study is to evaluate office automation metots is that recently being used widespread metot in system approach and also to realize office automation by taking into consideration Microsoft's software. In accordance with this aim, in the first chapter of the study, the basic terms, which are related to information and information's systems, are examined. In the second chapter of the is study, office automation systems and sup systems of office automation are examined. In the third chapter of this study, an application software is developed for institution in which data are used and processed intensively.
