The unethical behaviours seen in offices and the influence of education in decreasing the events of sexual harassment: A field study

The people carries his work to the conjectural office because of the technology which develop rapidly and with increasing of work power. With this development become the changes of morality this is sometimes makes changes between two people in the same event Become different positions between two people, A woman who work in an office with a small skirt this is seems to be for a man the reason of sexual harrasment but in another side same event is not important for another man. This is an example for this. The office is a work place in this place the morality rules must be setting from the goverment This work, apply to explain the effect of the education to decrease the unethic behaviours and sexual harrasment events. The technique of inquiry apply to the secretaries and officers. The inquiries had been applied 303 person, which of them is, 200 women and 103 men who works in public and private sector. The data which we were taken show mat women are subjected to sexual harrasment more then men and they were effected more then men too. In this work, another important thing is that, the officeer whom subjected to sexual harrasment say that they are irritated from these events, for being productive it is necessary to given officeers, service education and to make offices conditions clear.
