Abstract (EN)
The fact that we can follow how artworks and their styles changed in period of timeis only possible due to keeping up with its historical continuity. So that we can seethe renovations that appeared, the changes in the points of diversion and disillusionof the features thatdisappeared.If we want to define what the art is;It is the whole of methods that are used to describe an emotion, a design or beauty orthe creativity that emerges from this description.An artwork can be produced from any material. Therefore, traditional Turkishhandicraft formed a great mos,,;c with combining the culture heritage of scveralcivilizations that come from Anatolian history with its own value.Embroidery is the oldest art of ornament and embellishment that arc used todecorateclothes or materials.Embroidery is an ornament which is made on any fabric with thread needle. Itis appeared and used as the decoration of sewing technique.As a research subject, traditional Turkish embroidery and teaching analysesare selec~ed. The embroideries, which arc examined, are Turkish stitch, undersidecouching and holbein stitch.Turkish stitch is a variation of counted thread embroidery with both facesalike. Holbein stitch is a form that is made with counted thread embroidery to maketwo faces of thecloth same. Underside couching is a technique which is used for clothes thathave frequent stitchery. This technique is done by pasting the desJgn on cardboard.lt is aimed that the teaching analysis tables of traditional Turkish embroiderythat I found in the areas I researched and the data's I obtained will contribute to mydepartment and these sources can be used for later research.In this research, to get the data, four individuals are benefited and 29 productsthat aretaken from these individuals are examined and evaluated.In order to document the products that are found in Bursa-Gemlik, theirphotos are taken, the data of these products is written on observation sheets and alsogeneral results arc ohtained by using the data and .naking teaching analyses.In the embroidery of products that are observed, golden flat wire, silkthread, raw silkas a colton thread fabric, woolen weaving, wadded weaving and velvet are used.Generally vegetal motives are used in examined products and in some ofthem embellishment is used. It is mostly settled as linked order and well-arrangedorder on the products. And also they are generally ornamented as cover.Usually in examined products it was seen that black and flat wire in thebranches; green, Hat wire, flower, enamel, rose, in the leaves and light rose, pink,blue, color, of wine, red. yellow, in embellishments; dark red, dark blue, dark greenin Dove's eye are densely used.In the decoration the edges of products the technique of giraffe, fringedovetailed,ready material and backstitch arc mostly used
