Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, greenhouse gas inventory of Bursa İnegöl District is calculated. It is aimed to create a framework that will create an infrastructure for adaptation scenarios and develop a scientific perspective by developing solutions to greenhouse gas reduction for the climate crisis in the World. Calculations were made under two headings as Municipality and City. They are classified as Scope 1, Scope 2, Scope 3 as outlined in the global protocol to establish a community-scale inventory of greenhouse gases. Multiplying the activity data value with the appropriate emission factors found in the literature, the greenhouse gas emission value in tCO2e is found by collecting data under the titles of Stationary and Mobile Incineration, Electricity, Waste, Wastewater, Agriculture and Livestock. The calculation method given in the IPCC 2006 Guidelines was used for the greenhouse gas inventory calculation. It is calculated with in the city respectively 2018, 2019, 2020 ; 1.089.327 tCO2e, 1.098.855 tCO2e, 1.112.580 tCO2e. Among these results, the biggest payment belongs to the sector, 321,170 tCO2e for 2018, 268,136 tCO2e for 2019, and 322,856 tCO2e for 2020. During this, watch produced from Fuel and electricity sourced Housing, Agriculture, Wastewater and solid wastes used in Industries. Considering the results, rapid urbanization has a key strategy to pass energy through the use of buildings and a properly constructed, energy use, energizing system to have specific energy needs
