Abstract (EN)
Time is an important factor due to rapid technology and hectic business life in this era. Demand of airline transport has been increasing rapidly each passing day. It is an obligation to improve this sector under this circumstances with the affects of globalization. It is clearly seen that people who prefer airline transportation has increased and this rapid increase exhibits the importance of airline transportation . In the with this demand and signifance service quality should be measured effectively this situation increased a rivalry in this sector. This competition made focus an meeting the needs at customers and their requests and sense of quality. In this thesis, by using the method of Entropy Weigshted Fuzzy VIKOR in literature and Integrated Entropy Weighted Fuzzy EDAS, service quality evaluation is used for the people women and men customers who prefer airline transportation. In this study Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method is proposed and also by using this method according to gender differences results are evaluated.
