Abstract (EN)
Two field studies were conducted in July 2016 and November 2016 in order to determine the Fish Bowl of Büyük Melen Stream. Fish were collected by electroshock device. The metric and meristic characters of the fish transported to the laboratory were determined. As a result of this study, 18 genera and 19 species belonging to 5 orders (Petromyzoniformes, Perciformes, Salmoniforme, Cypriniformes, Balitoryformes) and 5 families (Petromyzonidae, Gobiidae, Salmonidae, Cyprinidae, Nemacheilida, Cobitidae) were determined. Among these species, Lampetra sp, Salmo rizeensis, S. coruhensis, Capoeta sieboldii were detected for the first time in Büyük Melen Stream.
