The purpose of this study is to evaluate the bond strength to dentin of dental posts prepared using PEEK materials with different contents by push test and to compare the separation types. 60 mandibular premolar teeth which extracted for various reasons were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=20). The coronal part of teeth was cut off 2 mm above of the cemento-enamel junction. 20 individual posts were obtained from PEEK material with different contents by CAD/CAM method for teeth which canals prepared for their intracanal posts. Monobond bonding agents were applied to half of the obtained posts and Visiolink bonding agents were applied to the other half. It was cemented with Panavia F 2.0 dual cure resin cement.2 mm sections were taken from each tooth, coronal, middle and apical. 180 dentin discs were obtained and force was applied at 0.5 mm/min until the bond strength failed in the universal testing machine. The values at which the bond strength failed were recorded in MPa. When the factors affecting the bond strength (MPa) are examined; there is a statistically significant effect on the bond strength (MPa) of the materials (p<0.05). There is a statistically significant effect on the bond strength (MPa) of the sections (p<0.05). The bonding agent type has a statistically significant effect on the bond strength (MPa). It has a significant effect (p<0.05). The interaction of material and cross-section has no statistically significant effect on bond strength (MPa) (p>0.05). The interaction of material and bond has no statistically significant effect on bond strength (MPa) ( p>0.05). The interaction of cross-section and bond has no statistically significant effect on bond strength (MPa) (p>0.05). Interaction of material, cross-section and bond has no statistically significant effect on bond strength (MPa) (p> 0.05). Bond strength failure types between posts and adhesive resin cements were examined with a stereomicroscope at 40X magnification. The highest rate of adhesive failure was reported among the groups. As a result of the study, it was hoped that pure PEEK and modified PEEK post materials would be successful in clinical use.
