Deficient education level seems to be a major obstacle to disseminating knowledge. Especially low education level seems to be a major obstacle to the dissemination of knowledge. According to the results, it has been revealed that government support is lacking, and farmers do not have access to modern irrigation techniques such as drip irrigation due to high installation costs or do not have access to necessary information.
