Özet (EN)
During the 20th century, the profound social and political transformations in Europe were significantly shaped by the events of World Wars I and II, the urbanisation induced by rapid industrialisation, and a plethora of groundbreaking discoveries. These factors collectively exerted a deep influence on the contemporary perceptions of art and its exponents. Subsequent art movements, borne from these profound interactions, incited composers to venture into innovative artistic creations. This burgeoning creativity also permeated the realm of the classical guitar, leading to the composition of numerous pieces that infused the instrument's repertoire with novel playing techniques and expanded performance capabilities. These innovations not only enriched the classical guitar music but also ensured its prominent placement within the broader musical landscape. This scholarly inquiry will focus on the pivotal 20th century art movements impressionism, expressionism, neoclassicism, and nationalism that were instrumental in transforming the classical guitar repertoire. The investigation will extend to the analysis of selected works by eminent composers of the era who were influenced by these movements, examining their form structures, harmonic-rhythmic effects, and execution techniques.
