The nature image as an imaginary field in contemporary art

Since the day people accepted their own existence, manhood took full participation in the nature's creation process. The concept of nature showing its existence by making sense spiritually; It has been developed in many different disciplines in the fields of art, philosophy, literature, music and science. Nature, which is a source of expression for human beings, is an entity that can be formed and has the most aesthetically pleasing human spirit. The concept of 'nature', which accompanies many artists throughout the history of art, has provided us an opportunity to construct the nature's spirit by symbolizing the objective world in the most appropriate way. In the history of art extending from the past to the present, a journey to the spiritual space that nature awakens in the individual and the expression of the inner world with symbols and images had been investigated. This work includes the artists who produce works in different disciplines, expressing nature and human life in the imaginary field; their works were examined under the concepts of nature, imagination and dreaming.
