The aim of this study is to examine the awareness levels of female employees, whose role in business life is increasing day by day, against frozen and canned products that they frequently use due to time problems. In this context, data were collected from female employees working in both the private and public sectors in Kırşehir province by survey method. In line with these data, it is aimed to contribute to the literature and researchers. Another aim of the research is to guide those who will invest in both the health and food sectors. The materials of this study consist of survey questions arranged by the researcher. The method will be determined by the data to be obtained as a result of analyzes such as chi-square, correlation, frequency distributions to be made with the quantitative research method. At the end of the research, it was determined that frozen and canned products are frequently used in Kırşehir in terms of practical preparation and due to time problems.
