Sociological analysis of health consciouness of working women (Example Malatya)

Besides being medical, health is both a sociological and cultural phenomenon and is one of the topics of sociology. Health sociology which covers helath in view of variables such as social and cultural progress is an area playing an important part in public health concern. Health, one of the base values of today, draws attention as an area in which important social and cultural innovations and developments. Indeed, one of these important developments is the socialization of health knowledge. This study tries to explain laboring women?s health awareness and level of this awareness in view of cultural progress. The study also tries to find out laboring women?s health and the factors effecting their health by considering social variables.
