Abstract (EN)

Organizations' and individuals' efforts of understanding each others lead researchers to the curiosity of examining the attitude and behavior structures of human resource. The aim of the research in the context of the literature about all these interests and curiosity is to examine the relationships between variables such as employee voice, presenteeism, employer brand and diversity perception in the sample of the employees of an logistics organization which operates under normal conditions or in today's massive epidemic environment being as among the locomotive sectors that provide 24/7 service in Ankara. The secondary aim is to suggest a new Turkish word that is more inclusive to the concept of "presenteeism" despite its other equivalents in the literature. Naming "presenteeism" as "complex continuity" with its different reasons and consequences, and its incomprehensible structure will contribute both to the secondary purpose of the thesis and to gaining an inclusive concept to the literature. In addition, it is noteworthy that the number of studies that deal with relevant research variables together and apply statistical analysis is also less altogether. In this sense, it is thought that it will contribute to the literature. Based on this broad framework, validity, reliability, correlation, simple regression, Hayes' simple and serial multiple mediation analyzes were conducted to test the research hypotheses. According to the simple regression analysis results made in SPSS26 package program; Diversity Perception affects employee voice, presenteeism and employer brand perception; Employer Brand Perception affects presenteeism, diversity perception and employee voice; Presenteeism affects employee voice, employer brand and diversity perception and Employee Voice affects employer brand perception, presenteeism and diversity perception; all significantly and positively. According to Hayes' Model 4-simple mediation analysis results in SPSS PROCESS macro 2.16.3 program; Perception of Diversity mediates the effect of employer brand perception on employee voice; Employee Voice mediates the effect of respectively presenteeism on employer brand perception and employer brand perception on the diversity perception; Employer Brand Perception mediates the effect of respectively employee voice on presenteeism; employee voice on diversity perception and presenteeism on employee voice. According to Hayes' Model 6-serial multiple mediation analysis results in SPSS PROCESS macro 2.16.3 program; Presenteeism and Diversity Perception serially mediate the relationship between employee voice and employer brand perception and lastly Employee Voice and Employer Brand Perception serially mediate the relationship between presenteeism and perception of diversity.
