Abstract (EN)
Learning and sensing problems start right after the birth of the individual. It can't be caught during education process dyslexia. It is a disorder that goes on throughout life. Since language development and usage, speaking, reading-writing are problems that affect math skills, it affects individual's education, job, social relationships, daily activities and performance. Hence, in the study, dyslexia diagnosis and performance features of adults were analyzed. In the study, as a data collection tool, survey was used. In order to measure worker performance and dyslexia test (Vinegrad Test) developed for adults, a 7-question performance scale was used. 352 people working in private sector took part in the study in which adult dyslexia and performance features of those working in private sector. Only 39 among 352 people were seen to be at critical dyslexia threshold. In other words, they were ones to whom dyslexia diagnosis could be made. At the end of the study, performance score of individuals diagnosed with dyslexia was found lower than those without it.
