Solve conflict workers' burnout method and effect an investigation of the Istanbul Police Department

The main purpose of this study in the same status as individuals who work in organizations that create conflict between individuals to apply methods of conflict resolution, work is to investigate the impact of those feelings of burnout.The first chapter of conflict in the definition, types and causes of conflict, the possible consequences of the conflict resolution issues are discussed.Burnout in the definition and importance of the second section, the main causes of burnout, burnout should be done to prevent people and organizational implications of these factors, burnout models have been explained.In the third section of organizational burnout associated with conflict resolution methods are investigated.In the fourth method of conflict resolution in order to examine the impact on burnout of Istanbul Police Headquarters is located in the research. This section of the demographic situation and the findings are related to the hypothesis. Integration of conflict resolution methods, compliance, domination, compromise, avoidance with variable levels of burnout among the subgroup analysis was done on the significance of relationships are described.
