Factors affecting job satisfaction and workers (Di̇yarbakır Example Children's Hospital)

In this study, the level of job satisfaction of the staff in charge of Diyarbakir Children's Hospital and the variables affecting job satisfaction have been determined, for this purpose, and to investigate the relationship Şahin ve Batıgün (1994) developed a 32-item scale was used for job satisfaction. For the purpose of the study using descriptive techniques, an exploratory research has been conducted. Diyarbakır Children's Hospital in charge of the study included 425 health care providers and the stratified sampling method is used.
