Abstract (EN)
Mobbing is negative attitudes and behaviors that the workees are exposed to. Stres is a reaction that exceeds coping skills of people. It is also a reaction that the people show to foreing situations. The main purpose of this research is that to examine relation between mobbing and stres. Perceived Stres Measurement is used to measure stres and Mobbing Measurement is used to measure mobbing. Sample of the study includes totaly 309 person which are consisted of 145 women and 165 men. According to the result of correlation analysis, there is a positive medium rage and linear relation (r=0,44) between percieved stres and mobbing. Significant differences were found as a result of one-way variance analyse that has been applied with sociodemographic variance. The result give us opportunity to make inference about formation of stres and mobbing. As a result of the research, the variances which can cause creation of stres and mobbing were determined. Also the linear relation between stres and mobbing was showed withs scientific and formel language. KeyWords :Mobbing, Stress, Sociodemographic Informations
