Abstract (EN)
Managements where could be able to motivate employees, to ensure management satisfaction and to establish strong organizational culture means to overcome important obstacles in terms of success of their managements. Dissatisfaction of employees is the most failure reason in organizations. Currently, organizations should manage labour factor as the most important source of production in order to ensure their superiority onto the contenders. In order to use labour factor as an input to the production process efficiently during realization of organization purposes, it is essential to determine positive tools and to ensure those. It is thought that organizational commitment is one of most important issues in employee motivation as well. Motivation can be described as an internal incentive increasing efforts of human being in order to achieve a specific aim or aims by various reasons (such as requirements, requests, etc) despite it can be affected by external factors. Employee motivation is to provide employee of the organization to be driven to aims of organization and make effort in this way. Organizations of service sector have an important place in the national economical position as well. Human being – so labour factor – determines mostly quality of service in service sector. That is why providing employee motivation and organizational commitment is the most important issue for organizations in the service sector.
