Abstract (EN)
In today's competitive business world, it has become very important to find the most suitable employee, to provide the highest efficiency and to maintain this workforce in a sustainable manner. People who spend a significant period of the day in the study areas, start to have organizational attitude rather than individual attitude. Consciousness of organizational commitment is formed by being together in common areas, working under fair conditions, establishing good relations with each other and feeling of seeing themselves as a part of the whole. In this study, the effects of organizational justice terms such as distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, informational justice on organizational commitment terms such as emotional commitment, normative commitment and continuity commitment were investigated; and also the relationship between organizational justice variables, organizational commitment variables and demographic variables were examined by Survey study in Sasa Polyester Industry Inc. working in Adana The data were analyzed to test the effect of organizational justice variable on organizational commitment variable. The results of the analyzes support the hypotheses that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice variables and organizational commitment variables. In addition, some significant differences were determined between the research variables and demographic factors. Keywords: Organizational justice, organizational commitment, manufacturing industry
